Can you service chairs at our office?
On-site or workshop service is decided after reviewing the fault, parts required, chair quantity and site access. Share your location in Ernakulam so we can confirm the practical arrangement.
Do you cover Kakkanad, Vyttila, Athani and Nedumbassery?
Yes, we accept enquiries from these areas, along with Willingdon Island and other Ernakulam locations. Visits depend on the assessed work and scheduling; please confirm before making arrangements.
What is the price of office chair repair?
The cost depends on the fault, compatible replacement parts, quantity and service or transport requirements. We provide a quotation after assessment and agree the work before proceeding.
Is the chair checkup free?
Our complimentary Chair Care Camp is for 50 or more office chairs, subject to location, eligibility and scheduling confirmation. It includes inspection, maintenance advice and a repair estimate where needed. Repairs and replacement spares are quoted separately.
Should I repair or replace my chair?
That depends on structural condition, parts availability and total repair cost. We assess what is practical and discuss repair, refurbishment or replacement rather than assuming every chair can be restored.
